BLDEA S B Arts College, Vijayapur, successfully concluded its External Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) Committee visit today, a critical exercise in institutional quality control and enhancement

The distinguished committee was meticulously constituted for this purpose, headed by the Chairman, Prof. S. H. Guttaragi, from the Department of Biochemistry, University of Agriculture Sciences, Dharwad. Serving as committee members were Dr. Saleem M Desai, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, Anjuman Arts, Science and Commerce College, Vijayapur, and Prof. Sunilkumar D Tontapur, Department of Physics, GFGC, Vijayapur.

The auditing process commenced with a dedicated session where department heads and cell chairpersons delivered comprehensive presentations, detailing their annual progress, self-assessment metrics, and future development plans.

This was followed by thorough physical inspection. The committee systematically visited various academic departments, administrative cells, and specialized laboratories across the campus. During these visits, the members engaged with staff and meticulously verified a large volume of related documents and records to ensure adherence to academic and administrative standards.

Following the detailed verification and presentation sessions, the committee convened to deliberate on their findings. They expressed significant satisfaction, appreciating the overall organization and commending all departments and Cells for their “tremendous work” and commitment to academic excellence. The visit culminated with the formal presentation and submission of the AAA report to the college authorities. This essential document provides key findings, recommendations, and acknowledgments, guiding the institution’s strategy for continuous improvement and maintaining high academic standards.
