Under the initiation of Institution Innovation Council and IQAC, the Start-up Activity cell organized “Motivational Expert Sessions by Successful Innovators and Entrepreneurs” an inspiring session with Shri Nitin Runwal, distinguished entrepreneur, educator, motivator and CEO of Rupam Exports, Vijayapur. The session was graced by the presence of Shri Nitin Runwal, resource person; Dr. R. M. Mirdhe, Principal; Dr. P. S. Patil, IQAC Co-ordinator and Dr. Anil Patil, IIC Convener. The session started with the invocation by the student of M. Sc. CS Program Miss. Naina Uttareshwar followed by welcoming the dignitaries and introduction of the guest to the august gathering by Prof. Soumya Sajjan, Department of PG studies in Physics. It further proceeded with the talk by our resource person Shri Nitin Runwal. In his talk the guest showed through different real time stories; the importance of hard work, dedication, consistency as well as determination for achieving the goals.
