To cater to the needs of the IT industry, the Management introduced Computer-Science in the year 1995 as a self-financed subject. The college offers a degree in Computer Science to B.Sc. Students who wish to study Computer Science as a primary subject. Students can choose from two combinations -Mathematics-Statistics(CMS) and Physics- Mathematics-Computer Science(PMCs).

- To produce Computer Science graduates relevant to National Manpower needs.

- To provide service courses in Computer Science for students of other departments.
- To produce graduates in Computer Science to work in industries and other sectors of the economy.
- To provide students with a clear understanding of theoretical background based on computation.
Strategies
- To conduct an Orientation Program for new students.
- To evaluate students' progress from time to time.
- To invite eminent professors of Computer Science from various study centres and arrange workshops on different aspects related to Computer Technologies.
- To develop skills in creating Computer Software at the Corporate level.
