S.B. Arts and K.C.P. Science college has an active Placement Cell that coordinates not only the hiring activities of the students but organizes various developmental activities that help in personality grooming. The placement cell also gives the candidates platforms to express themselves and enhance their soft skills. The Placement Cell link on the College Website provides Placement related information and allows the students to register every year. The final year students register themselves to avail the placement services of the Cell. This facility helps students submit their resumes to be considered for placements to be held in the college.

The students are also encouraged to register for the Central Placement Cell of the S.B. Arts and K.C.P. Science College. The students are given intimations about the placement sessions through emails. Apart from hiring activities, the Cell organizes interactive sessions, special lectures, and seminars to prepare the students for a smooth transition to their professional lives and face the challenges of the corporate world. Over the years, many reputed organizations have recruited our students, like Triwits, T.C.S., WIPRO WASE/WISTA, Atcis, Digicall, JNYAN.COM Sankalp Semi-Conductor, Infosys Public Service, HUM Global H.R. Professional training in Aptitude, Communication Skills, Interviews, Group Discussions, which are the basic skills required for getting campus placement offers, was given to the students in association with professional companies and their trainers as a part of the curriculum in the college right from the 3rd semester onwards. Aptitude Training and Soft Skills Development is an integral part of the curriculum and outsourced to the industry's best.
