Department: English (UG): The Department of English was established in the year 1945. Shri V.N. Bhushan, a renowned poet-critic and the first Principal of the college laid a firm foundation of the English department. The bright tradition of the department was carried on by eminent professors like Prof. Hemanth Kulkarni, Prof. Ganachari, Dr. H. T. Sasnur, Prof. G. B. Sajjan, Prof.R.H.Bidari, Dr.R.M.Mirde and others. At present, Prof. Rashmi S Patil is serving as the Head of the Department.
