The department of Education was established in the year 1-06-1982. Shri. C. S. Hippargi laid the firm foundation of the department. At present the department is headed by Shri. Chandrakant.N

The department offers B.A with Education as one of the 03 subjects of equal importance.
Education as a core subject has 10 viable combinations.

To explain the basic concept and aims of higher education system in India.
To develop the students both intellectually and emotionally.
