Effective Practices in CO-PO Mapping for Attainment, Accreditation and Quality Assurance” on Thursday, December 4, 2025, to significantly enhance the institution’s commitment to Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
The session, which drew 82 participating faculty members, commenced at 10:00 AM in the College Auditorium, inaugurated by Principal Dr. R. M. Mirdhe and other dignitaries. Dr. Girija Nimbal welcomed the gathering and introduced the esteemed resource person, Dr. B. Y. Khasnis, Principal of BLDEA’s JSS College of Education, Vijayapur, who was formally felicitated.
The core technical session, running from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, provided highly interactive, hands-on training focusing on the fundamentals of OBE, framing SMART Course Outcomes (COs), understanding Program Outcomes (POs), mastering the CO-PO mapping matrix, calculating attainment levels, and addressing crucial accreditation requirements for NAAC. Dr. Khasnis’s expertise ensured that complex topics were transferred clearly, leaving participants well-equipped and confident to immediately integrate these effective practices into their academic processes, course design, and quality assurance mechanisms.
The program concluded with a valedictory session led by Principal Dr. Mirdhe, who reinforced the commitment to OBE, and a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Ramchandra Naik.
